Refunds
These are instant digital downloads, so we can't take returns, and we don't refund a purchase just because it was downloaded and not wanted. But if a file is defective (won't open, is damaged or incomplete), isn't as described on its product page, or you were charged twice, email hello@abchildrenspublishing.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We'll reply within 3 business days and send a working replacement or, if we can't fix it, a full refund to your original payment method. Etsy orders are also covered by Etsy's own policies.
